Why Propvizer exists.

As Mayor of Salt Lake County, Ben McAdams inventoried the county's land and surfaced roughly $10 billion in underutilized real estate — including the empty lot outside his office window. The approach grew into a national program, and Propvizer is the firm that delivers it: public land, professionally managed, working for the public.

How we work

Not privatization.

Assets stay in public ownership; returns come through long-term leases or equity stakes.

Revenue without new taxes.

Leases, partnerships, and value capture — reinvested in public priorities.

Portfolio rigor.

Public land managed with private-sector discipline, in service of civic goals.
